Inspirational Leadership: Leading with Sense

This Specialization will help you develop a genuine, generous, and generative approach to leadership, focusing on qualities such as self-awareness, confidence, empathy, resilience, and responsibility. You’ll explore your own leadership style through conversations with your peers, and you’ll hear perspectives on leadership from Olympic athletes, business executives, and other distinguished guest speakers. In the final Capstone Project, you’ll create a plan for overcoming a personal or professional leadership challenge.
